Curating a custom selling and buying experience is a guiding principle for Kelly, who has assisted clients in the Denver real estate market and beyond for almost a decade.
When collaborating with sellers, Kelly evaluates each listing pre-market to appease the Denver area’s sophisticated consumers. Her distinguishing mark is offering “facelifts” (touch-ups, staging, repositioning, and decluttering) or a mini-flip (small-scale renovations) to set the stage for success in a market starved for style. As a former interior designer and painter, Kelly brings an amazing eye and superb project management skills to steer a strategic and linear process for her listings.
On the buyer side, Kelly’s goal is to assess the client's lifestyle needs and present a roadmap to reach the closing table. She’s deliberate and skilled in assuring offers are accepted under competitive situations, including multiple offer scenarios. Kelly is an advocate for her clients—she works hard to bring them value while making them feel valued, too. Focusing primarily on the urban core, her vast portfolio ranges from historic homes to modern abodes and new construction.
Kelly lives in Highland Square with her partner, Elliot, and their 2 exceptionally derpy golden retrievers, Larry and Darrell.

Emma is a skilled designer and space planner with a background in kitchen design, project management, and construction. She plays a key role in listing preparation, as well as in the planning and implementation of our mini-flip/facelift projects.
Emma possesses a sharp eye for identifying potential homes for buyers and is generally real estate-obsessed. She lives in Edgewater with her husband, Kent, and their part-gargoyle, part-chihuahua mix, Georgie.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Susie established a name for herself in the urban Denver market through a collaborative approach, a natural mentality she possesses that has helped hundreds of clients. Respect, care, and compassion are principles that carry her longstanding career; market experience, negotiation expertise, and analysis comprise her repertoire for a listing’s success.
Susie’s background as a Peace Corps volunteer informs her role today as a licensed broker. Real estate isn’t just about homes; it’s an expression of humanity.
Since 2015, Susie has partnered with her niece, Kelly Reed. Together, Susie and Kelly strategically prepare listings so they are best positioned for a quick, lucrative, and stress-free sale. They assist buyers with an organized process to address their lifestyle needs and use a competitive approach to get them the right home in today’s challenging market.
Susie splits time between her home of 30 years, Denver, and her new home of 4 years, Yorkshire in Northern England. Susie and her husband, Ian, have been lovingly restoring an eighteenth-century farmhouse with their less-than-helpful doodle, Noodle.
